Lend me your hope

Lend me your hope

When mine is all gone.

Hold my hand until

The fear has passed.

Share my pain

As you share my joy.

Do not judge me

But listen at ease.

Bring me faith

And light for the future.

Allow me to root out the past.

As I live in the present.

“Women have shown since the beginning of time just what a difference they make.”

This was evident yesterday at the #JoyJewels tweet-up held at Florentine’s Tuscany Club in downtown Fullerton CA. Our host Jeanette Joy Fisher known to many people on twitter as @JanetteJoy was taping for our upcoming Road trip which myself and Lori Moreno @LoriMoreno on twitter will also be going along on. Crossing the country to bring awareness and shine the spotlight on charities and women across this country, that make such a difference in many lives.

Now more then ever so many women are struggling to provide for their families in this country. Loss of employment has made women rethink and redo their way of life by reinventing ways to care for themselves as well as their families.

Women are creating jobs and their own opportunities now more than ever in history. This was evident yesterday when I met so many ladies who have taken a whole new approach to “rethinking the way we work. It means shifting focus from individuals and jobs to tasks and teams. Women are proving themselves to be a powerful small-business force to be reckoned with.

Women also typically reach further into social networks and support systems for help in their business, and more often than men can finesse the art of multitasking, via their roles as caregivers at home and as bosses. Of course, the picture is not all rosy for women entrepreneurs. Finding access to the capital necessary to keep their doors open continues to be a barrier.
But women have always done more with less and we always will. Join us all and follow the New Path to Care for this country and support our trip by visiting @TweetMeRight
